Suisun City Extends Service Disconnections and Adjusted Counter Hours

Suisun City is continuing to make progress through recovery operations following the recent cybersecurity incident. As part of ongoing operational adjustments during this transition, the City is further extending the deadline for water service disconnections and announcing temporary schedule changes for City Hall counter services.

The City Council meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 25 will be held in council chambers beginning at 6 p.m. The public is welcome to attend the meeting in-person or by Zoom.

Suisun City is continuing to progress through its recovery phase following the recent cybersecurity incident. For now, the water counter in City Hall remains the only open City Hall service available to the public.

Suisun City Water Counter Reopens; Other City Services Remain Closed

The Suisun City water counter is now open for in-person service at City Hall. Payments are currently accepted via cash or check only (credit and debit cards cannot be processed at this time). Public safety services and response remain active in Suisun City; however, some City services are limited or closed to the public.
