Saturday Work at the Meridian West Subdivision - July 22nd through September 23rd
Construction work on the Meridian West Subdivision is currently ongoing Monday through Friday. See location map below. A critical component of this private development is the construction of the model homes at the northwest corner of Cordelia Street and School Street. In order to complete the model homes before the rainy season later this year, Century Communities will be working on Saturdays from July 22nd through September 23rd. Their Saturday work hours will be from 9 am to 4 pm. There will be no other construction activity on those Saturdays beyond constructing the model homes.
Construction crew and equipment access will be on Cordelia Street at the main driveway to the project site. Also, all Saturday work will be onsite, which eliminates impacts to vehicular traffic on Cordelia Street and surrounding streets.
