Suisun City Seeks Community Input for Strategic Planning Survey

The City of Suisun City has engaged Baker Tilly, a national consulting firm that works with local governments to improve operations, to develop a comprehensive strategic plan. This plan will help City officials prioritize efforts and allocate resources for the next three to five years, ensuring that our community’s needs are met effectively.

The strategic planning process involves confirming a vision for the future, setting multi-year goals, developing strategies, and identifying key success factors. The resulting plan will guide the work of City departments and ensure timely and meaningful results for our community.

Your opinion is highly valued by the Mayor, Councilmembers, and the City’s leadership team. Baker Tilly has created a survey to gather input from Suisun City residents, community members, and local stakeholders regarding the future of our city.
