Application

An application or form is often required to initiate a variety of City services. To make the process easier to navigate, we’ve provided these documents below.

Some services also require certain fees. The City master fee schedule is available at www.suisun.com/fees.

Questions regarding specific forms should be directed to the department responsible to provide the service.

This permit is required to establish an off-premise pylon sign along Highway 12 that advertises multiple businesses.

An Encroachment Permit is needed any time an agency or individual wants to enter into the public right-of-way for excavation, construction, repairs or other restricted use of the public right-of-way. On most streets the property line is behind the sidewalk and all public sidewalks, curbs and gutters are in the public right-of-way. A public utility (PG&E, Pacific Bell, Cable company, SID, FSSD, etc.) will take out an Encroachment Permit but will not be required to pay any permit fees or post any bonds or insurance.

This permit assures the visual quality and compatibility of new structures. Section 18.68.010 of the Zoning Ordinance states the specific instances when the City of Suisun requires a site plan/architectural review permit. File with Community Development Department.

Checks and money orders should be made out to “City of Suisun City.”
If applying on-line, email application and a copy of your driver's license to waterbilling@suisun.com
If application is processed online, $30 deposit will be billed. For same day connection requests received after 2 PM, there is an additional $35 afterhours fee.
